• Projects commence only after payment is received in full (unless otherwise stated in writing).
• Opportunity support services are billed per order and must be paid in full before delivery.

Oh My Dog Designs, Katherine Mieloch, or any member of the Mieloch Family shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or violations arising from materials that have been reviewed and approved by you, the Publisher (“the Client”). The Client assumes full responsibility and bears all financial liability for any consequences that occur after final delivery and approval of the product.

All materials provided to the Client are considered approved upon delivery. No refunds will be issued once design or transactional work has begun.
